Sean Moran has acted as an expert witness in the field of water, sewage, effluent and sludge treatment engineering, based in his over thirty years of experience as a chartered engineer designing, operating and troubleshooting such treatment plants. Those engaging him have been quite evenly divided between defendants and claimants.
