Expert Witness Testimony And Cross Examination

Most of the UK cases in which Sean has appeared in court are commercial disputes, dealt with by the Technology and Construction Court, (TCC) part of the Business and Property Court of the High Court of Justice.  He has given evidence in such courts in London and Birmingham.  

Criminal cases are most commonly dealt with by magistrates courts. Sean has given evidence to these courts, and been cross examined on expert testimony

Sean has given evidence and been cross examined in the UK and overseas in arbitration tribunals, planning committee meetings and hearings. He is due to give evidence and be cross examined in a UK tax tribunal
